Had a look at the advert and the blurb below it.
There seems to be some confusion as to whether it is a system boiler or a combination boiler!

It’s second hand and it is 2.5 years old and has already had a new pump and now needs a new P.C.B.
    Doesn’t sound very good!

I’ve never fitted a Veissman before but reading other sites and the Veissman website, they sound OK.
They’re German and have stainless steel heat exchangers with a ten year warranty. Most reviewers say they are high quality products. A few have said the manufacturers back up is slow but that won’t be a problem for you because it’s out of the guarantee period anyway.
Have a look at Vaillant as well, another german make.
I’ve installed many of these over the last 10 years and problems have been few and vaillant service has been good when problems arise.
I had a vaillant combi myself for 11 years with no problems other than changing the diaphragm washer a few times (same as any other boiler).
I recently replaced it with a Vaillant Ecotec plus 831 condensing combi and am very pleased with it.

If you’re finding a Viessman that you consider to be a bargain price – I say snap it up! Viessman, a German brand of boiler iis in my humble opinion, the best built boiler around. The main problem that I have in installing them is that they’re usually out of most people’s price range.

    Go for it.
