Okay. You are going to need AT LEAST 4GB of RAM.
And if you plan on doing any gaming on this computer, you have even more upgrading to do.
For the CPU, I would recommend the AMD FX-6100.
I see you are getting the Nvidia GeForce GTX 650. That’s good there.
I recommend getting a 1TB Hard Drive, instead of that 373GB.
    That’s about it! Enjoy!

That’s a good GPU but you will need more ram (DDR3 preferably instead of DDR2) about 4GB at least,
Im just thinking of bottlenecking, your GPU will be held back by the rest of your system

Doesn’t look like others have actually read your question…
If you get the preassembled bundle at the top then you can easily run 64 bit. 600w will easily, easily be enough.
No offence, but you didn’t really explain yourself. For future reference, it would have been better to say:
This is what I currently have,
    This is what I’m getting.
    My questions are:
-What PSU Wattage will I need
-Can I run Windows 64 bit.
The answer to both is yes. I’m gonna take a guess and presume that hard drive you’re currently using is SATA 2, which means it’ll be slower than the capabilities of the motherboard, and will probably be a bottleneck. You can get a SATA 3 (6gbps) for around £40, or even go for an SSD if you’re feeling rich.
