Could I Get Into Any Legal Trouble For This?

So the house next door to me has been foreclosed and is vacant and for sale.
Every weekend the Realtor is there showing people the house. In fact, he’s over there with a couple right now.
So suppose that every time he’s showing a potential buyer the house, I go over there acting drunk, stumbling around, and say in slur speech am all “Wassup bitches! I’m a be your new neighbor!”
Then I look at the wife and am all “Oh man, you got a fine piece of *** you crazy broad!” “Oh yeah, since we’re neighbors my parole officer says I gotta tell you I’m a registered sex offender. “No worries though we’ll be cool, i have a wild party every night til 2am, come on over!”
Then the prospective buyers wouldn’t move in next door if the house were free. They’d be like “Uh, yeah, I think we’re gonna look at other properties now.”
And then the Realtor is unable to sell the house and misses out on his commission.
Then I say to the Realtor, “So, for $500 I’ll stop blowing your sale. How about it my man?”
Lol could I get into any legal trouble for that? Purposely blowing his ability to sell that house?

Your an idiot. It’s public disturbance

You could be charged criminally with trespassing and disorderly conduct. Furthermore, the Realtor can sue you in small claims court for each person you did this to. All the realtor would have to do is get a statement from the potential buyers stating they would have purchased the house, but since they met you, they decided not to.
