Do I Need Anything Else For My Surround Sound?

I have this

But do I need anything else and what do I do about wiring it up?

    Apart from furniture and maybe hardware to mount the equipment, and maybe trunking to hide wires;
    Speaker wire for the surrounds. Likey 2.0 or 2.5mm2 (14 AWG), in wall if appropriate. An RCA line cable for subwoofer audio.
    Various A/V/HDMI/Optical cables to hook your other gear into the receiver.
