Do Republicans Just Enjoy A Bullet In The Foot?

They must since they shoot themselves in the foot at every opportunity, yes? Latest occurrence: Paul Ryan bringing back his voucher plan for Medicare when it was soundly rejected just 4 months ago. And Paul knows that plan will never pass the senate any more than a Dem plan to raise taxes to the Clinton rates and cut the defense budget will never pass the House.

    This is a dumb question.
This is Obama’s so called charm offensive.

Democrats who claim to hate rich bankers continually borrowing money seems to be another analogy about shooting one’s self in the foot as well.

In thirty one years of ER medicine I have treated more fools who shot themselves than people who were shot by others. Given that it is the Republicans who oppose mandatory safety training before a licence is issued, I suggest that your question is more literally true than you intended.
I have to point out, however, that when one carelessly sticks a gun in their waistband the foot is not the first target of opportunity.
As for the intent of your question, the GOP has no idea how to compromise so they will simply keep chanting their mantras. “Hare Tax Cuts! Hare Tax Cuts!”
