Does anyone have experience of

I placed an order, but what I got through the post wasn’t what I ordered! I emailed the company via Amazon to tell them this and to send me the correct order, but so far I have heard nothing. I have emailed them twice in the space of 4 days. What should I do now? I haven’t sent back the incorrect order as they’ll have to pay the postage. I haven’t done anything else yet about this.
