Friend Fails To Show Up To Airport?

After arriving from a lengthy flight from Houston, Texas, to the Joe Foss Field Airport in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, 23-year-old McNeese State University graduate student Brittany Larsen was expecting to meet her friend, 23-year-old South Dakota State University senior Kelsey Lane at the airport to drive Larsen to her hometown of Yankton, South Dakota. Lane never showed.
Larsen expressed her bitter disappointment to reporters, “Well I was expecting her to come but she never did. I texted her telling her I was in Sioux Falls. She hasn’t responded.”
Larsen went on to cite a variety of far-ranging excuses used by her friend to justify her constant absences from events, including being too busy as well as the occasional excuse of ‘just not feeling like it.’
Larsen finally managed to get a hold of a Taxicab service, but was unable to afford the cab after reserving $5 to buy a discounted wristband for $4.99 plus sales tax at a local airport store.
The dejected graduate student now plans to spend most of the break sitting on her behind, watching the Friends show on cable.
