Groupon Won’t Refund My Voucher & Said It Was Instantly Redeemed Upon Purchase. I Haven’t Used It?

What does instantly redeemable mean?
They won’t even refund me in groupon credits either

    You need to contact the supplier of the goods or service you purchased the voucher for and ask them for details of who redeemed the voucher, explain that the voucher has been redeemed fraudulently or an administrative error has occured. If it was goods, then they should have the address of where it was sent or information on who used the service.
    Then you will know if it was a Groupon mistake or someone has stolen the product from you. If someone used this voucher fraudulently then go to the police although they may tell you it is a civil matter and you need to take that person to court for theft.
    Or alternatively if Groupon have made a mistake then contact again them providing your evidence and if you do not get satisfaction go to your local CAB and get legal advice on what to do next. You can do this at any point where you get stuck, they do not charge for giving advice.
