Help With Ps Vita 3g/wifi?

I have just purchased a ps vita 3g / wifi online without knowing what it really was. I have alot of questions, anyone who can help me would be fantastic!
Firstly, I would only be using 3g at this time as do not have wifi. My research has shown that I can only download 20 mb at a time, is this still correct?
I have also discovered that it is linked to Vodafone. I would be purchasing prepaid. Can anyone give me an idea of how much I would be spending and can I just buy vouchers from service station similiar to mobile phone vouchers?
I would not be using online gaming, and am happy just to download small (maybe called mini games?) files/apps as I have seen on the psn store.
I currently only have my android and nds for gameplay and would love to be able to use the ps vita 3g, if only for small games.
My last question is about buying/downloading games from playstaion store. I do not currently have an account and would prefer not to use credit card for purchases. I understand that their is a ‘wallet’ feature that allows purchases. Can I buy a voucher to credit this wallet? Where can I buy these? And I assume this is a seperate expense than the sim data from vodafone.
Hopefully, I can use this ps vita. Thank you to anyone who can answer!!!!!! Huge appreciation!!!!
