How can I find a driving instructor who can deal with a really terrified student?

I have had a few lessons with several instructors. I am really scared of driving and that causes me to make some really stupid and potentially dangerous mistakes. My instructors get impatient and lecture me so I get more nervous and make even more mistakes. How can I get an instructor who really can deal with someone like me? If I contact the companies they just send out whoever deals with my district and assure me that they are really patient. Which I have no doubt they are under normal circumstances. How do I get one that can stay patient under really awful circumstances?
I have asked around my friends, but none of them were especially nervous. I know one or two people who were really bad students, but they live in another area and their instructors don’t work in mine.
I have a very good reason for wanting to learn, otherwise I would just save my money and the poor instructors nerves and give up!
Trust me – every last one of them ends up panicking and lecturing me on how dangerous I am!

The thought is the father of the deed. Do the following every night:

Step1. Close your eyes, relax, take a few deep breaths, now imagine a bar of white light is slowly scanning your body from the tips of your toes to the top of your head, as the light passes, relax all the muscles in that area of your body, continue until you are completely relaxed.

Step 2. Imagine you are driving a car on a journey, you carry out all the checks before moving off, you are happy and relaxed, you have command of the vehicle, you’re enjoying driving, you’re confidant and alert, you are in command of the vehicle. Imagine you encounter problems and congestion but you remain in control and you take the correct actions, your passenger is also feeling more and more confidant and relaxed, you reach your destination and everyone is impressed with your driving,

If during Step2 you become tense you go back to Step 1 until you’re completely relaxed again, you will find that when you actually get to driving again you’re more relaxed and in command,
