How Can I Get Rid Of Unwanted Default Invoice Fields In Ms Office Accounting 2009?

I know it’s been discontinued so MS won’t be of any help, and I’ve gone as far as I can with “View > Modify Layout…” I need to get rid of the [Sales Person] and [Contact Name] fields on our invoices and they are not showing up as options, and certainly not selected in the edit columns under “Modify Layout…” I’m killing myself trying to figure this out and not having any luck.
