How do you get your money back from shopper discounts?

I have found that for the last 7 months this company has been debiting me for £10 a month. They say it was activated when I registered for a voucher off my next bus ticket. I have not used or even seen any of the supposed discounts they offer. Has anyone else had this bad experience and if so how did you get your money back?

It always amazes me how many people still fall for the old ‘something for nothing’ scam …

I suggest you contact your card issuer and report you have been defrauded (specifically you have been charged for a service that has not been provided).

Hopefully, when the next con-merchant flashes some ‘free offer’ in front of you, you will stop and think twice about why he wants your credit card / oyster card / mobile phone or other means of payment details …
