How does the Argos gift voucher work?

Hello, I saw a section on the Argos website offering a free voucher if you spend more than £100.

On the website T&C, it says "This offer is not available with the purchase of Argos gift cards."

Does this mean that I cannot buy a £100 voucher and get another £10 voucher free? i.e. I must actually buy £100 worth of goods instead.

Yes – it does indeed only apply to goods – you can’t buy £100 of vouchers to get another £10 voucher.
