How much cheaper will Xbox one be to buy in the after Christmas sales?

So how much cheaper will it be to buy the Xbox one with Forza 5 and Cod in the sales and when would be the best time? Boxing day perhaps?

Price estimates please, thanks.

Why delay wasting your money on MS & Xcrap?
Go buy it as soon as it comes out, because all Mycrapsucks employees are depending on your wasted cash so they can buy nice cars etc… and continue manufacturing more crap to sell.

It won’t drop in price for a year or so, and even then it will still be more expensive than the PS4. I’d recommend getting the PS4 if you want a cheaper console. (it’s also better anyways so yeah).

Honestly, why get the Xbox One, it’s going to be so much worse than the Xbox 360. Just get a PS4, it’s nearly half the price and is 100 times better. You really don’t want to get an Xbox One, it will be a waste of your money.

People sell there video game systems for new ones after Christmas for extra cash for games or extra cash. I would sell my x box for about 60 bucks on craigslist and hopefully get 40 for it

I’m going to gloss over the fact that the PS4 is technologically better, cheaper, and isn’t made by a company that enjoys psychologically torturing every single one of their customers as much as possible.

Instead, I’m going to answer your question. To be honest, I don’t think that the price will go down at all. Microsoft doesn’t need to reduce the prices to draw in the customers, the games do that for them.

As proof of this, I can presume that you will endeavour to buy the Xbox One indifferent to whether or not the price of the console is reduced after Christmas.

Price drops for consoles don’t normally occur until 6 to 9 months after release. Even then, sometimes they might just do a bundle – like throwing in a game – instead of lowering the price.

It won’t drop in price for a least a year after release.
