How to complete a sales ledger?

I need to complete a sales ledger control sheet but I am not sure what some of the categories on the sheet stand for. There are columns which only state
U/A
DR Journals CR
S/L

I don’t know what should be added into those columns.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

    U /A could refer to user account ?
    DR Journal CR usually indicates
    DR equals to debitor and CR indicates creditor , this journal should include debit and credit in the same line .
