How to deal with your second horse being put down?

I loan a horse of someone and there is a possibility she will be put down. Before 2 years ago, I loaned another pony and she got put down, and then 2 months ago a horse I was training for a riding school got sent back to the deals with only a days notice. I do not know how I will deal with another horse going. If she gets put down should I stop with the whole horse thing, I’m scared that if I have another horse that they would go too, what should do 🙁

Sorry to hear that 🙁 You must remember that horses naturally have a shorter lifespan and so at some point you will have to deal with them passing away or being sold. You shouldn’t let this stop you from riding and enjoying horses because you still have years of fun together while they are alive. It might be hard but it’s just life. I hope she’s okay 🙁
