I have an experience in Sales and my organisation is offering a Job in Training and Recruitments. What to do?

I have good 7 years of experience in Sales. During a latest discussion with my management they showed an interest to offer me a Role in Training and Recruitment trusting my sales and product knowledge. I am associated with this company for past 5 years. Am quite excited to take up this role as well as nervous about the future. Kindly guide me how to go about it.

If you like to shift your domain from Sales to Human resources, then probably this is a great opportunity. If you have interest in interacting with people, attending events and travel, then this role will suit you best.

But if you like to continue your career in the field of Sales then probably you should not shift as shifting back from HR to Sales would be difficult.

    Choose wisely
    All the best

Well if you will go for this job then your 7 years of experience will be of no use. You have to ask yourself if you are willing to waste those 7 years of experience or not.
