I’m too lazy to do the rest, but 4. is 6(n-4)

1.) First Integer = x

Second Integer = x + 1

Third Integer = x + 2

x + (x + 1) + (x + 2) = 111

x + x + 1 + x + 2 + 111

3x + 3 = 111

3x = 111 – 3

3x = 108

x = 108 / 3

x = 36

The integers are 36, 37 & 38

2.) Carl’s Point on the Race Course = x

Difference, d = 20 mi.

Total Distance, t = 400 mi.

x + (x + d) = t

2x + d = t

2x + 20 = 400

2x = 400 – 20

2x = 380

x = 380 / 2

x = 190

Carl traveled 190 miles.
