If Obamacare Fares Poorly As It Is Implemented, What Will Be The Political Ramifications?

Will Congress amend or repeal parts?
Will the Democrats be hurt in the next presidential election?
Will health care reform turn toward vouchers?
Will liberal Democrats in Congress turn toward single-payer ideas?
BQ: Which portions of the law do you think will be the biggest successes, or the biggest failures or disappointments?

  1. Liberals are haters says:

    Somehow they will blame Bush.

  2. Mandi Lynn says:

They’ll blame republicans. They’ll say congress should have never passed it.

  3. ideogene says:

Well, the only option left is a single-payer system, the lesson every other nation on Earth but the U.S. has already learned.
    free-market medicine: FAILED
    managed care: FAILED
Obamacare (Republican idea of health insurance exchanges): WILL FAIL
Single-payer: works everywhere else on Earth.
Americans are very slow learners because they are so easily swayed by corporate money, their public relations firms and lobbyists, distorting public policy.
