    I don’t think you will find any companies that will do that. Selling houses is a big risk in itself and people can pull out for legitimate reasons too. If you do find a company that will do it, they will probably charge huge premiums for the privilege.

    I understand how you are feeling as five people have backed out of buying my place and it is really frustrating (not to mention expensive).

    If you are in England, I believe that you can claim costs if they pull out after exchanging contracts. I think that in Scotland the sale becomes legally binding after an offer.

    Talk to your solicitor, if you haven’t already. Get your place back on the market and try not to let it get to you too much.
