Interview Help – Sales Interviews?

Ok I am going for two interviews on thursday, one is for a job in a showroom, selling furniture, i am a confident outgoing person, with a friendly personality. I have customer service experience, but have not done sales for many years. Give me pointers for my interview, like what questions they might ask, or what i should say to make myself sound perfect for the job.

I really want the job and want as much help as i can get to get through this interview.

Thank you in advance

just be your enthusiastic, friendly self. personality is just as important as sales techniques.

*note: some interviewers want to hear your sales pitch, something like, why should i buy from you or what do i get from this product. be prepared to do a little role-playing.

Some questions you may be asked

What do you like and dislike about the sales process and why?
What attracts you to the industry?
What are your favourite selling books?
Describe a situation with a client or prospect where you made a mistake. How did you handle the error?
What do you see as the key skills in closing?

Hope they are of some help.
