Is this baking tin used for pie or tart? (image) Can I use it for a pumpkin pie?

I just bought this baking tin:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Tefal-100-Patisserie-J0268502-Quarters/dp/B001I8ZXGY
What is this baking tin used for? What foods can I bake/cook in this? (It’s a 1 piece baking tin which means it’s not a springform tin or a 2 piece tart tin).

I am thinking of doing a pumpkin pie (from Libby’s Pumpkin Pie Mix) and baking it in this baking tin.
Would that be a good idea? After i’m done baking the pie, how do I get it off the baking tin? (Remember, it’s a 1 piece baking tin).
I don’t have a pie dish and i’m in a hurry to make this pumpkin pie.

Yes you can. Watch out not to overfill as the pie will rise and this little error makes for a very messy oven situation. Check it early to be sure it doesn’t burn. U may not be able to get it out of the tin whole, so serve out of the tin but cut it gently w/a butter knife as tins scratch easy. It is t-fal, right? It just might surprise u and come neatly out. Let it cool completely and invert on a plate. Pam spray works wonders!!
