Is This Graphics Card Compatible With My Motherboard?

I have a 32bit motherboard (yes i know, i got conned)
Manufacturer ASUSTeK Computer INC.
Model P5G41T-M LX2/GB
Version Rev X.0x
I currently only have the onboard graphics running and would like to upgrade to a basic graphic card, no point getting a really good one..
I have a PCI-E 32bit bus width available,
System Slot 1
Name PCIEX16_1
Type PCI Express
Data Bus Width 32 bits
Current Usage Available
Vcc voltage supported 5.0 V
Shared Yes
PME Signal Yes
Support Hot Plug No
PCI slot supports SMBus signal No
I am looking at getting this card…
Is it compatible and is it worth upgrading rather than using the onboard graphics

It should work as according to the Information you told me it has a PCI-E slot. But if you were going to buy that Graphics Card.-EDIT- Well if it is For a Higher Resolution that would be fine but if you want 1080p you will need a slightly more expensive.
