Seems like a pretty good PC but to be honest the only thing I would change is 4gb of ram to 6gb of ram. I’ve found that life is just easier with the extra 2gb, trust me

Honestly, ram is uber cheap, just get an 8gb kit, its like 50 bucks CAD. And maybe upgrade the power supply, for an extra 40-60 bucks you will be able to have a much better one should you choose to upgrade your gpu.

I would cut down on the hdd to a 2 tb and go with a i5 processor , might also look into a gigabyte or a msi motherboard a micro -atx motherboard are just as powerful and some are a little cheaper amazon.com, the graphic card is good , but as you say see what parts you can use on the upstair pc first might also help save some money , you really hit some good cheap places none i can recommend

your budget is too low to make intel worth it, intel high end are better then AMD high end. for the best one you can afford look at this side (gives you cost/preformance ratingshttp://www.cpubenchmark.net/
you are looking at mid to low with that build.
with a AMD cpu you will need the amd version of that mobo.
i notice you havnt put a case here?
