Is This Ram Compatible?

I’m trying to find some components to fit with an old motherboard so i can build a cheap PC.
The motherboard I have is an Asus M4A77TD Pro. I’ve checked what RAM is compatible using Crucial.com and found that it can support ” DDR3 PC3-8500, DDR3 PC3-12800, DDR3 PC3-10600, DDR3 PC3-14900, DDR3 PC3-17000, DDR3 PC3-14400, DDR3 (ECC)”
I’m pretty certain this RAM is compatible, but I wanted to get second hand confirmation:http://www.amazon.co.uk/Kingston-1333MHz…
£25 for 4gb seems like a pretty good deal, and I want to minimize my costs. If it isn’t compatible, could you suggest a model of RAM that is?
Thanks in advance.

It’s compatible, but it’s a terrible deal. You can get 4GB HyperX 1600MHz RAM sticks for £20 if you look in the right place. Try comparing HyperX RAM in Google Shopping.

You’d be better off with 2 x 2GB sticks, as its preferred running setting is Dual Chan, this will improve performance whilst using 4GB, ideally i’d personally be heading for 2 x 4GB or even 4 x 4GB sticks, and ensuring they are 17000hz would be the best there.
