Mobile Phone Query? O2?

So I just got a phone off someone, and brought an O2 £15 pound top up voucher and brought the blackberry bolt on for £5 and changed my tarrif to simplicity for £7.50. These both last for a month. But, they haven’t started working and I haven’t received any kind of conformation message, and on “My O2” it isn’t showing up either. Could anyone help?

    Normally these bolt on’s activate after 24 hours from the registration.
    If this hasn’t happened then you need to either visit an O2 store or give them a call.
    O2 Pay & Go Customer Services:
    Dial 4445 from your phone (costs 25p per call on your mobile)
    Or call 0844 809 0222 from another phone

    It sounds like you need to speak to O2, probably everything is fine and it is waiting for the systems to update. Bolt-on’s have anniversary dates so you have to make sure you are aware when these are.
