My Bim Is Not Working Please Help?!?!?

I got my blackberry curve 8520 last Sunday, and I went straight the shop brought a voucher with £10 and a sim on I sorted my package out (canary) and then I rang 450 and asked; activate sim, activate BIM they said sure yeh it’s all done wait 24 hours all that crap. The next day no joy I made multiple attempts to get help from them they have said the same thing (please don’t say ask ring customer services) I’ve had texts saying to get the latest update switch on off I followed the orange website instructions delete text keep phone switched on remove battery wait 10-20 seconds still bbm doesn’t work and then I get a message saying your blackberry Internet subscription has come to an end call 450 (customer services for orange) to re-activate. Please help I’ve waited 5 days and still nothing 🙁
