Need Help With Pseudocode And Flow-chart For Visual Logic, Basic Programming?

A local deli sells lunch value meals that consist of a sandwich, soup, and a drink. The price of each meal depends on the actual items ordered. Write a program that asks the cashier to enter the price of a sandwich, the price of soup, and the price of a soft drink. The program should then calculate the cost of the meal by adding these values together. If the meal cost is more than $5.00, the customer gets a 10% discount. The program should display the cost of the meal with a descriptive label (e.g., “The cost of the meal is $5.54”). After a meal cost is determined, the cost needs to be stored in an array. The program should also contain a post-test while-loop so that we can process several meals. After each meal has been processed, the program should ask the user if he or she wants to continue. The loop should execute as long as the user responds “yes”. After processing all meals, the program should display the following totals:
Number of meals;
Total cost of all meals (use array processing to determine the total);
Average meal cost (use array processing to determine the average);
Number of meals that got discounts; and
Total amount of the discounts.
Please make sure you use descriptive labels when displaying totals (e.g., Number of meals is 3; Total cost of meals is $15.32; etc.). Finally, the program should display the following:
Program written by your_name
End of program
OPTIONAL: Assignment Enhancement – Add Input Validation:
The program should validate all data entered by the user. If an invalid value is entered, the program should ask the user to enter a valid value. This process should continue until a valid value is entered. Use the following validation criteria:
Sandwich price is between $1.50 and $4.00;
Soup price is between $1.00 and $2.00;
Drink price is between $1.00 and $1.50; and
User must answer either “yes” or “no” to the question at the bottom of the loop.
Be sure to THINK about the logic and design first (IPO chart and pseudocode), then code the Visual Logic command line processing.

The is the assignment, I can get it all done separately but can’t seem to get it all working together. Doing something wrong with my arrays. If someone can throw this together in visual logic or do a flowchart in paint, be a big help for me. Email is alexb161@yahoo.com
