Not received online item, bought through wowcher can I get my money back?

I bought a deal off wowcher for hair extensions and I never received through the merchant, i’ve tried to contact them numerous of times it’s been 6 weeks they’re ignoring me so are wowcher, is there anything I can do, the company is obviously fake or just not sending what I paid for and i’ve tried constantly contacting both companies i’m just being ignored I just want my money back now is there anyway to do this?

    I think first of all you should call the customer care and ask them regarding the problem and register your issue and ask them to solve it as soon as possible and try to buy hair extensions from authorised sites only.

    I know this is a lengthy reply but please reads it as I feel sure it will help.

    It certainly appears that you are being shoddily treated by both Wowcher and the company you bought your extensions from.

    I have just visited the ‘Wowcher’ website and they won’t even allow you into it unless you sign up with them. This in itself is unacceptable. We should be allowed to look around and read the info prior to signing up.

    Have you tried ringing Wowcher or the company you bought from? If not I would suggest you do an Search Engine search and try to find a phone number for the seller.

    If you cannot get satisfaction from either of these companies you should contact the Citizens Advice Consumer Service (CAB). The link and contact details are:

    This kind of thing used to be dealt with by the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) but has since been taken over by the CAB.

    The CAB should be able to give you the advice and help you need.

    If Wowcher treats it’s customers in the way they are treating you then they should be dealt with and the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) should be informed so they can investigate your complaint. If this is the way Wowcher is doing business then the ASA should ban them from advertising.

    Yes. If you paid by Paypal, complain via them. If you paid by debit card, try a chargeback via your bank.

    Otherwise straight to Trading Standards.
