Possible To Change Graphics Card And Cpu On My Laptop?

Hi, I wonder if there is possible to change graphics card and CPU on my laptop; here is the specs;
Operating System
Microsoft Windows 8 64-bit
CPU
AMD A8-4500M 102 °C
Trinity 32nm Technology
RAM
8,00 GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 807MHz (11-11-12-28)
Motherboard
53 °C
Graphics
S275HL (1680×1050@60Hz)
AMD Radeon HD 7670M
AMD Radeon HD 7640G + 7670M Dual Graphics
Hard Drives
932GB Seagate ST1000LM 024 HN-M101MBB SATA Disk Device (SATA) 43 °C
Optical Drives
DTSOFT Virtual CdRom Device
TSSTcorp CDDVDW SN-208BB SATA CdRom Device

Now in the store they told me it would be PERFECT for gaming games like Dayz, BO2 BF3, but actually it sucks.
I’m having like 3 – 10fps on each of those games.
and I noticed it’s overheating (check the celsius on the CPU)
Is it possible? Please help

AAhh… you gotta be kidding me sir. That is 99.99991% impossibru, as the vga is integrated into the motherboard. CPU? No good. Buy a new one sir. That’s why I love desktops instead of laptops.
    Hope this helps! 😉
