Returning a Computer power Supply to Amazon.co.uk?

I received a computer power supply today from Amazon.co.uk which was listed as being ‘silent’ but when I tried it, I found that it made quite a bit more noise than expected.

Am I able to return the product for a full refund? It has obviously been opened but only used once.I have had a look at the Amazon.co.uk returns policy but I am not sure.Could you help me please?

I have always found Amazon to be very good about returns or problems.

I’m pretty sure you would be able to return it. I bought several things from Amazon and one I had to return because it was defective. They did an exchange. So I’m pretty sure you can.
