T-Mobile top up vouchers not working?

Tried 2 different vouchers and 2 different sims in different combinations. Keep recieving the message: Sorry, it hasn’t been possible to process the voucher no. ______ . Please call 150 to speak to customer services?? for both vouchers and sims.

Both comments and pings are currently closed.

    Have the SIMs not been topped up for sometime? If they haven’t been topped or or used for a long time they may have been disconnected. If so, you need to call T-Mobile Customer Service to get them re-activated.

    You could try topping up via their website in case its a problem on their top-up line (follow this link) https://www.t-mobile.co.uk/online-payments/ctn-check/

    Or try and top up by text:

    *Text VO then leave a space, then your 16 digit voucher number to 150
    They’ll text you back to let you know your credit has gone through. This may take a few minutes to process.

    If the problem persists contact T-Mobile on 150 from the phone or 0845 412 5000 from a landline. Or visit a T-Mobile store for assistance.
