What is the cheapest external hard drive for ps3 data backup?

I intend on backing up my ps3 data onto an external hard drive, in-case my ps3 breaks, i am unsure as to what to buy, although i have found one on amazon, here it is http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B007MLVDWE/ref=noref?ie=UTF8&psc=1&s=computers

Please can I have some assistance with this? Also I am also unsure whether to get NTFS or FAT32?

Depends what you want to back-up if you want to do a full back-up you can get smaller external hard drive of 150 GB for maybe 100$ depending on your local stores.
But a cheaper solution is if you just want to back up your game saves you should just use a USB flash drive.
Just plug it into your ps3 USB port and good into the ps3 menu find the saves you want to back-up and highlight it then press "triangle" then "copy" then select the flash drive then it will copy. Now your done your saves are safely backed up.
But note if your ps3 crashes and you get a new system you need to sign in your PSN account and get your user account on the new system to play your game save. PS3 game saves only work for user that created them
