    Telesales or telemarketing – to advise the potential customer of the company products and advise them that this product could make their lives or working lives much better, not that they can get the product cheaper but how it can do more for them than their current product does. If it is B2B then you explain to them that they will get more out of their workers in less time without paying any more money than they currently pay.

    The sales force generates income for a company by selling its products or services. This could include buying leads, working with marketing, cold calling, etc… but in one way or the other sales pushes product. Often, this job is incentive based (commission).
