Stick with deal 1, the body and standard lens.

Deal 2 is a decent body and lens, along with half a ton of junk nobody could sell at gunpoint.

Avoid deal #2. It is not a 4 lens kit – that is dishonest marketing.

There are two lenses and two lens-adapters in that kit. And for the two lenses, there is only one good lens in the bunch. The Canon 75-300mm lens is a junk lens – even though it is made by Canon.

The lens-adapters screw on front of the lenses, and result in a marginal photo. They are worth nothing.

Personally, I would never buy anything from a dealer that packages a bunch of junk along with one or two good items.

The only thing worth having in that deal is the Camera and 18-55mm lens. Oh, and the Q-tips – they are probably OK.

Perhaps the most useless – and laughable item in that kit is the table-top tripod. I have seen them selling for $1. And they are too small for a DSLR – when it says pocket size – think small shirt-pocket. Only good for an iPhone or very small compact camera.

For deal #1, you get the camera and your choice of a combination of 4 different lenses. Go with one of those options.
