Which of these two plans work best for overall fat loss?

Please tell me I want to loose face fat, manboobs, a gut and thigh fat

Alongside a healthy diet, drinking lots of water and green tea, lots of fruit, vegetables and lean meats should I:

Use my Ultrafit f bike which I have at home for 45 minutes a day, every day http://www.amazon.co.uk/Ultrafit-331100000022-F-Bike/dp/B003FSTA0U

Or should I go to the gym (only 5 times a week) and use a rowing machine for 30 minutes and a treadmill afterwards for 30 minutes

The former is more convinient but is the latter more effective?

    i say your best bet is to lift weights first
    an do cardio after the workout

    40 mins weights
    30 mins cardio

    an eat healthier foods.. less carbs more proteins
