why could i not get the £50 voucher off my ticket i booked in january?

on friday 15th june i went to pay for our holiday to italy in september, and i gave the voucher we received in december and the office did not give it to us, why not?

    Without knowing who you are with or the circumstances, I really can’t help.

    I’d say you go back to the place you booked the ticket & ask them. Or phone where you got the voucher from.

    Sent out to try and market holidays at a time when travel agents are a bit quieter?
