Why Is The Local Greenhouse Selling Lemon Trees With Canker At Full Price?

I wanted to buy a lemon tree there but I was disappointed to see that all their lemons and navels had canker. This disease is incurable so why would they sell them at full price and put other trees at risk if these infected trees come near healthy plants? Why don’t they kill the infected trees? Or at least sell them at a discount price and give the consumers a pamphlet about canker and warn them about it.

  1. Wizened wizard says:

They’re only selling if you’re buying. Don’t buy from them and go somewhere else. Use your computer to order disease free plants on line.
