Will This Custom Pc Run Minecraft On Very High Settings?

I am going to build a PC but I’m on a budget of about £250 (US$380) and I want it to run Minecraft on very high setting, if not full. Will these components work well?
– Asus M5A78L-M/USB3 Motherboard,
– AMD Bulldozer FX-4100 CPU,
– VTX3D 1GB Radeon HD 5450 DDR3 Graphics Card, (I am on a budget and might upgrade this in the future,)
– Corsair CMX8GX3M2A1333C9 XMS3 8GB Two Memory Module Kit,
– CiT 1011B MIDI Case with 500W Power Supply Unit.
I will also have an disk drive, WiFi card, etc.
I will order them first or second hand from Amazon.co.uk and build it myself.
Thank you for any help.

Yes, just about any dedicated graphics card can play vanilla Minecraft in far render distance and fancy graphics. Instead of upgrading the card, I would upgrade the CPU. I recommend an Intel i5 processor but they’re not too cheap. Otherwise get an Intel i3.
