Will This Plan Help Me To Drop Fat Rapidly, Please Give Me Your Advice?

Will this plan help me to drop fat rapidly, please give me your advice?
I want to loose fat from my face, chest, stomach and thighs, will this plan work: (don’t tell me it is unhealthy or anything, only tell me if it will give me the results I desire)
Drink only water and green tea
Eat only vegetables (again don’t tell me it’s unhealthy, only tell me if this will ensure I drop fat all over, considering it’s 80% diet 20% excercise apparently)
Do 45 minutes a day on a stationary bike
I have this model, it may not be the best but is it good enough?

    Yes, that will make you lose a lot of fat.
    In fact, probably around a month after you die from loss of protein and vitamins, you’ll have lost all of your fat…

    You can’t chose where you lose fat from, learned that one the hard way. Eat fruits and vegetables. I add peanut butter for some protein. I would do some other exercises too than just biking. Try resistance bands, crunches, lunges. All are easy to do at home (:
