Would you go out of your mind trying to find a gift, or would you resort to a voucher?

I’m just wondering what people’s opinions are on this. This year… I’m leading more towards the voucher route. Mainly because it drives me up the wall when I don’t have a clue what to get someone. No stress that way.

Hi, I thought the same until I came up with my unique gift idea, now my own business. I make cartoon like sculptures of people doing whatever activity they wish they’d be doing (painting, fishing, etc etc). I have sold a few and people love them. Come check it out, http://www.yourownsculpture.com if you feel like seeing what I do! 🙂 You may change your mind about vouchers!

I agree that sometimes it can be really difficult finding great birthday presents, wedding gifts or engagement gifts too (as well as presents for all those other occasions throughout the year!) However, it doesn’t have to be that hard. Engraved gifts make for fabulous gift ideas, combining an every day gift, such as a photo frame, a pen, compact mirrors, or a lighter for example with a personalised message. This makes for a unique keepsake, which will be sure to impress him or her no matter what the occasion and they don’t have to be expensive either.

I feel that although vouchers can be quite useful, they can also be a little impersonal and plus the gift recipient knows how much you’ve spent!
